By accessing or using the Iyadati AI platform ("Service") operated by Onni Solutions ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") at iyadati.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
بالوصول إلى منصة إيادة AI ("الخدمة") التي تشغّلها أوني للحلول ("الشركة" أو "نحن") على iyadati.ai أو استخدامها، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه ("الشروط"). إذا لم توافق على هذه الشروط، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.
Iyadati AI is a SaaS platform that enables medical clinics to automate patient appointment booking and communication through the WhatsApp messaging platform. The Service includes an AI-powered chatbot that handles patient conversations, appointment scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and staff escalation.
إيادة AI منصة SaaS تُمكّن العيادات الطبية من أتمتة حجز مواعيد المرضى والتواصل معهم عبر منصة المراسلة واتساب. تتضمن الخدمة روبوت دردشة مدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي يتولى محادثات المرضى وجدولة المواعيد وتأكيدها والتذكير بها وإحالة الحالات للموظفين.
The Service is intended for registered medical clinics and licensed healthcare providers. By subscribing to Iyadati AI, you represent that:

The Service uses the WhatsApp Business API. Your use of Iyadati AI requires compliance with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy and WhatsApp Commerce Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that messages sent through your clinic's WhatsApp number comply with WhatsApp's policies and applicable laws. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates WhatsApp's terms.
تستخدم الخدمة WhatsApp Business API. يستلزم استخدامك لإيادة الامتثال لسياسة أعمال واتساب وسياسة التجارة على واتساب الصادرتين عن ميتا. أنت مسؤول عن ضمان أن الرسائل المُرسَلة عبر رقم واتساب عيادتك تمتثل لسياسات واتساب والقوانين المعمول بها. لا يجوز لك استخدام الخدمة لإرسال رسائل مزعجة أو غير مرغوب فيها أو محتوى ينتهك شروط واتساب.

Iyadati AI is an appointment booking and communication automation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. The AI is not a healthcare provider. Clinic customers must ensure that their staff provides appropriate medical follow-up for all patient interactions and does not rely on the AI for clinical decisions.
إيادة AI أداة لأتمتة حجز المواعيد والتواصل. ولا تُقدّم مشورة طبية أو تشخيصاً أو توصيات علاجية. الذكاء الاصطناعي ليس مزود رعاية صحية. يجب على عملاء العيادات ضمان أن موظفيهم يُقدّمون المتابعة الطبية المناسبة لجميع تفاعلات المرضى وعدم الاعتماد على الذكاء الاصطناعي في القرارات السريرية.
We aim to provide a reliable and available service. However, we do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including WhatsApp platform outages). We will use reasonable efforts to notify clinic customers of planned maintenance in advance.
نسعى لتقديم خدمة موثوقة ومتاحة. غير أننا لا نضمن توافراً بنسبة 100%. قد تكون الخدمة غير متاحة مؤقتاً بسبب الصيانة المجدولة أو المشكلات التقنية أو الظروف خارجة عن سيطرتنا (بما فيها انقطاعات منصة واتساب). سنبذل جهوداً معقولة لإخطار عملاء العيادات بالصيانة المخططة مسبقاً.
Iyadati AI is offered as a monthly SaaS subscription. Pricing is agreed upon separately with each clinic partner. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of the Service. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
تُقدَّم إيادة كاشتراك شهري في خدمة SaaS. تُتفق على الأسعار بصورة منفصلة مع كل شريك من العيادات. تُجدَّد الاشتراكات تلقائياً ما لم يتم إلغاؤها. قد يؤدي عدم السداد إلى تعليق الخدمة أو إنهائها. ستُنظر في طلبات الاسترداد حالةً بحالة.
The Iyadati AI platform, including all software, AI models, interfaces, branding, and content, is owned by Onni Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.
منصة إيادة AI بما فيها جميع البرامج ونماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي والواجهات والعلامة التجارية والمحتوى، مملوكة لأوني للحلول ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية المعمول بها. يمنحك اشتراكك ترخيصاً محدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة لغرضها المقصود. لا يجوز لك نسخ أي جزء من الخدمة أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية عليه.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Onni Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
إلى أقصى حد يجيزه القانون المعمول به، لن تكون أوني للحلول مسؤولة عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو خاصة أو تبعية أو عقابية، بما فيها على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، الخسائر في الأرباح أو البيانات أو الفرص التجارية، الناجمة عن استخدامك للخدمة. لن تتجاوز مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية عن أي مطالبة ناشئة عن الخدمة المبلغ الذي دفعته في الثلاثة أشهر السابقة للمطالبة.
Either party may terminate the subscription with 30 days written notice. We may immediately suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct that violates WhatsApp's policies or applicable law. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
يحق لأي من الطرفين إنهاء الاشتراك بإشعار كتابي مدته 30 يوماً. يجوز لنا تعليق حسابك أو إنهاؤه فوراً في حال إخلالك الجوهري بهذه الشروط أو التقصير في السداد أو انخراطك في سلوك ينتهك سياسات واتساب أو القانون المعمول به. عند الإنهاء، يتوقف وصولك إلى الخدمة وتُعالَج البيانات وفق سياسة الخصوصية لدينا.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through the competent courts of Amman, Jordan.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. تُحلّ أي نزاعات ناشئة عن هذه الشروط أو الخدمة أولاً عبر التفاوض بحسن نية، وإن تعذّر الحل، فعبر المحاكم المختصة في عمّان، الأردن.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify clinic customers of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر. سنُخطر عملاء العيادات بالتغييرات الجوهرية قبل 14 يوماً على الأقل من سريانها. استمرار استخدام الخدمة بعد التغييرات يُعدّ قبولاً بالشروط المحدَّثة.
